Every piece is cut to order in our studio in Türkiye, then shipped tracked to your door. For the US, the EU and the UK the price includes import duties and taxes.

Cost
Free, tracked, on every order, to every country we ship to. No minimum, no size surcharge — the shipping is inside the price.
Duties and taxes
United States, European Union, United Kingdom: included in the price. Nothing to pay on delivery.
Everywhere else: the carrier may collect local import charges on delivery; these vary by country and are not included.
Packaging
Rigid double-wall box sized to the piece, foam corner protection, the piece wrapped in a protective film. Hardware, template and instructions are inside. If the box arrives damaged, photograph it before opening and send us the photo within 3 days — a damaged piece is recut and reshipped free.
Tracking
A tracking link is emailed when the parcel leaves the studio. Large pieces (90 and 100 cm) may require a signature.
