These terms apply to every order placed on this site.
1. Who you are buying from
Humaxart is a trading name of Humax Global Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 14920614, with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. You can reach us at info@humaxart.com. “We”, “us” and “our” mean Humax Global Ltd trading as Humaxart; “you” means the person placing the order. Our production studio is in Türkiye.
2. The contract
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we email you that the piece is in production. Until then we may decline an order — for example if a price was shown in error — and refund in full.
3. Products
Every piece is made to order from the design, finish and size you choose. Sizes are the cut size of the steel, width × height, with a manufacturing tolerance of ±3 mm. Finishes are powder-coat colours and may vary slightly between batches and from screen images.
4. Personalised products
Where you supply text or a design, you confirm you have the right to use it and that it is not unlawful or offensive. We send a digital proof; production starts on your approval. Personalised pieces cannot be returned unless faulty.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in your local currency where available and include VAT where applicable. For deliveries to the US, EU and UK the price includes import duties and taxes. Payment is taken at checkout by card, PayPal or the other methods shown.
6. Delivery
Lead time and transit estimates are on the shipping page; they are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery. Report transit damage within 3 days with photographs.
7. Returns and withdrawal

8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the price paid for it.
9. Intellectual property
All designs, images and text on this site are ours or licensed to us. You may not reproduce a design for resale.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Consumers in the EU keep the protection of mandatory rules of their own country and may use the EU online dispute resolution platform.
