Is the size the exact size of the piece?
Yes — width × height of the steel itself, no frame or border. Multi-panel sets list the size of the whole set as hung, gaps included.
Which finish should I choose?
Black on a light wall is the classic and the most chosen. Gold and bronze suit warm, dark or textured walls; white and silver suit dark or coloured walls. The finish guide shows all five by room.
Can I change the size or finish after ordering?
Within 2 hours of ordering, yes — contact us with the order number. After that the piece is likely already on the laser.
Can I add a name or a date to a design?
On many designs, yes. Use the contact page; we send a proof before cutting.
Shipping
How long until it arrives?
3–5 business days to cut and coat, then tracked delivery: 5–7 business days to the US, 5–7 business days to the EU and UK, 7–12 business days elsewhere.
Do I pay customs or import tax?
Not in the US, EU or UK — duties and taxes are included in the price. Elsewhere the carrier may collect local charges on delivery.
Is shipping free?
Yes — free and tracked on every order, to every country we ship to. For the US, EU and UK the price also includes duties.
Where does it ship from?
Our studio in Türkiye. Every order ships tracked.
What if it arrives damaged?
Photograph the box and the piece within 3 days of delivery and send it to us. We recut and reship free.
The piece
What is it made of?
laser-cut steel, powder-coated, laser-cut and powder-coated. Full details on the materials page.
Can it go outdoors?
Indoor and outdoor. The powder coat is the finish used on outdoor furniture. Avoid permanent direct rain on the white finish.
How is it mounted?
Hardware sized to the piece — screws for small sizes, standoff bolts for large — plus a paper template and instructions. Hanging guide.
How heavy is it?
Under 1 kg at 20 cm, around 10 kg at 110 cm. The hardware is rated for the weight; large pieces need wall plugs, which are included.
Returns
Can I return it?
Catalogue pieces: within 30 days in the US, and under the 14-day right of withdrawal in the EU and UK — use the withdrawal form. Personalised pieces cannot be returned unless faulty. Full policy on the returns page.
