Geometric Waves — metal wall art

Geometric Metal Wall Art

Waves, arcs, sun discs and optical lines. Geometric metal wall art is the collection for rooms where a picture would be too literal — the pieces here are pattern and rhythm rather than subject, and they sit comfortably in an office, a hallway or above a stair.

What is in this collection
Waves and flow. The wave, geometric waves and flow — three takes on the same movement, from literal to fully abstract.
Sun and arc. The sun is the simplest piece we make: a disc and its rays. Sun and hands adds a figure to it. Rainbow balance stacks arcs into a column and is the tallest piece here.
Line and grid. The optical line plays with spacing so the flat steel appears to bend. Abstract geometric and geometric abstract are the two densest designs in the catalogue and hold up at larger sizes. The three-panel abstract splits the pattern across separate panels.

Where geometry works
Offices, hallways, stairwells, above a desk, and any wall where the room already has a lot going on. Geometric pieces are the ones that survive a busy room, because they do not compete for meaning — they read as texture until you look directly at them.
They are also the safest choice when you are buying for someone else’s wall and do not know their taste. A cross, a face or a landscape carries a statement; an arc does not.

Sizing
Dense geometric pieces are the one part of the catalogue where going smaller is safe: the optical line and the two abstracts still read at 30–40 cm because the pattern repeats. Open designs — the sun, the arcs — need size, because there is little material and a small disc looks like a clock. Over a desk, 50–60 cm. On a stair wall, 70–90 cm. The size guide has the numbers.

Which finish
This is the collection where finish does the most work. The same wave in black is architectural; in gold it is decorative; in silver it disappears into a grey wall and becomes almost a relief. Bronze is the warmest and the one chosen for wood-heavy rooms. White on a dark wall is the strongest contrast we offer. All five are photographed on one design in the finish guide.

How these are made
Drawn in the studio, cut from sheet steel on our own laser, deburred by hand and powder-coated. Cut to order in 3–5 business days, 5–7 in transit, shipped free worldwide with duties included to the US, EU and UK. Hardware and a paper template are in the box; how to hang metal wall art covers each wall type.
The dense geometric designs have many small internal cut-outs and are the heaviest pieces per square centimetre in the catalogue at the same size. Above 80 cm, use both hanging points and the supplied plugs rather than a single fixing. Materials and care covers indoor and outdoor use.
